Camping and paddling often go together as
paddlers enjoy the outdoors. Whether just
camping to save money when you run your
favorite river or as part of the trip experience
when you paddle to a coastal island, your
total trip experience is broadened as you
camp. Maybe it involves carrying all your
gear in the boat with you as you paddle to a
platform in a swamp, coastal island, or an
island on an inland river. Or maybe you drive
your gear in such as the Bell's Island
Campground on Currituck Sound or to a
primitive spot along the Black River above
Charleston, SC. Perhaps you enjoy a
multiday adventure of relaxing and fishing
along the banks of a local river. There are
state or national parks as well as private
campgrounds and other places for camping
along many rivers from fancy to primitve.
However you would like to expand your
paddling experiences by camping,
Troublesome Creek has personnel who has
experience in paddling - camping who can
advise and help to make your experience
enjoyable.
